I've seen this happen before but never knew the cause, any input on what causes this:

The cause: the show "gets lost" - I think the problem has to do with users/curators updating the details page, changing the "collectionid" field, and then it no longer matches the directory name.

I found the problem with this one - it had a collection id of 200-xx-xx instead of 2003-xx-xx, so I changed that and it worked.

Note to users: don't change the collectionid field or it will make the show inaccessible.

Note to curators: don't change the collectionid field unless you also plan to rename the directory on the remote server. If you do change the collectionid after renaming the directory on the server, check that the download links still appear.

I don't know how to fix i myself but I put in an error report using the the Error Report link on its details page. (Brad?)
